Team-building, Sip-and-Paint Party Event: A Healthy Activity for Mental Wellweing
Delphi’s team selected a custom theme for their team building sip and paint party event. Each team member painted a section of a larger image on their own canvas, and by the end of the session, they worked together to assemble their individual pieces like a puzzle. Their collaborative masterpiece now hangs proudly in their Malmö office, serving as a daily reminder of teamwork and creativity.

When asked if there were any extra special parts of the experience, Martin Christensson, Lab Development Engineer at Volvo Powertrain, shared: "the most memorable part was when we all showed each other our paintings. Everyone had their own interpretation and way of expressing a Monet-inspired painting."
There was laughter, surprise, and some proud smiles all around. It’s incredible what happens when a group taps into their individual creativity together. They painted the same theme, got the same instructions, and created completely different paintings.
